Version 11 of Microsoft's flagship media player is now available.

Media Player 11 includes several enhancements to the software's look and
feel, including more opportunities for customisation. The links to portable
media players have been improved, with new ways to synchronise music and video
with a portable device.
The player also includes improved track-recognition software that can
identify misnamed or unidentified audio files. New formats supported include
Windows Media Audio Professional and WAV lossless.
