Just in time for the start of the new football season, the creators of the
popular Stick Cricket internet game have launched their latest project -
Stick
Soccer.
The game allows players to take control of real teams and play against real
opponents or computer players. Although the graphics and gameplay are
simplistic, the makers promise that "the controls are straighforward but allow
of good selection of tackles and shots."
The original
Stick
Cricket game put players in front of the stumps and allowed them to choose
from a variety of teams to represent. It now gets some 60,000 visitors a day.
